Service Description
Looking to add a touch of elegance and freshness to your event? We offer a unique and customizable DIY bouquet bar, perfect for adding that personal touch to your next event! Our Bloom Bar service provides a fun and interactive experience for all guests. -This includes the desired amount of stems with choice of color scheme ( Focal, Fillers, and Greenery) - Sign with instructions -Clippers, wrap, ribbon and trash bucket for trimmings -Set up and Clean up To inquire, please go to booking calendar and book for day of event and fill out our booking form! We will respond with quote! Price Range varies: $12-22 per person * Deposit is required to hold date * Full payment must be received 30 days before event date so fresh flowers are acquired in a timely manner
Service Agreement
-We will deliver and set up our products by your selected time (we need access to set up at least 60 min prior to scheduled time) -Our delivery is free and included in the price for KC metro area. Any locations further are subject to possible charges (we will contact you via email, text, phone call) -If your venue changes at anytime before the scheduled day there is no fee unless event is outside our normal delivery zone (outside kc metro) -All transactions are subject to a deposit of 50% of the total price. -Remaining 50% balance will be due by (14 days) before the event. -If you wish to modify or change your order please contact us 30 days before your event so we can work with you to our best availability. -Due to the nature of customization to our products, Any cancelations 30 days before scheduled event will forfeit deposit refund.
