-We will deliver and set up our products by your selected time (we need access to set up at least 60 min prior to scheduled time) -Our delivery is free and included in the price for KC metro area. Any locations further are subject to possible charges (we will contact you via email, text, phone call) -If your venue changes at anytime before the scheduled day there is no fee unless event is outside our normal delivery zone (outside kc metro) -All transactions are subject to a deposit of 50% of the total price. -Remaining 50% balance will be due by (14 days) before the event. -If you wish to modify or change your order please contact us 30 days before your event so we can work with you to our best availability. -Due to the nature of customization to our products, Any cancelations 14 days before scheduled event will forfeit deposit refund.
